1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The offer from SCTMS Ltd remains open for acceptance for a period of 12 weeks from the date of the respective quotation.
- Terms of payment in accordance with un-amended I.C.E conditions of contract.
- The rates quoted include third party insurance cover to a maximum cost of £5 million. Should SCTMS Ltd require increasing this cover, all additional cost will be passed onto you.
- The rates quoted include professional indemnity insurance cover to a maximum cost of £250,000. Should SCTMS Ltd require increasing this cover, all additional costs will be passed onto you.
- In the event of any claim arising in respect of professional services, you accept the sum of £250,000 to be the maximum total liability to you in respect of SCTMS Ltd.
- The prices quoted by SCTMS Ltd are net and exclude any Value Added Tax.
- The day work charges for SCTMS Ltd services are as per the attached schedule of rates.
- A mutually acceptable program of working is to be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of any contract work.
- All statutory/national holiday cover will be at contract agreed rate + 50%.
- All activities/supplies, method statements, risk assessments and COSHH will be approved by the main client prior to commencement on site.
- All sub-contractor activities/supplies will be subject to a SCTMS Ltd management charge of not less than 12%.
- All designs/drawings produced utilising Ordinance Survey data will be done so under the client’s copyright license.
- Quotes do not include sourcing or patching of Ordinance Survey tiles to form the base for a drawing.
2. VALUATION
- Irrespective of any minimum levels of interim certificates that are stipulated in the main contract, SCTMS Ltd shall be entitled to payment for interim invoice/applications when submitted.
- Retention monies held, where applicable, will be released in full on the completion of the sub-contract.
- Payment will be made to SCTMS Ltd within 30 days of date of invoice/application.
- Any payments to SCTMS Ltd which become overdue shall accrue interest at the rate of 3% per calendar week until such monies have cleared in the company bank account.
