To produce basic traffic management drawings on A1 layouts.
For more complex drawings the hourly charge will be applicable.  A detailed fixed price quotation will be provided upon request.
This price includes 1 x A1 paper copy plus a digital copy saved to CD Rom on Auto-Cad format.

Alterations and amendments to drawings once submitted, following instructions from client.

If not provided by client, data will be sourced.

SERVICE

To site visit and produce a pre-design risk assessment.  Minimum of 3 hours per item

A full estimating service, producing a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

To attend pre-start meetings, traffic liaison meetings and progress meetings etc.

To produce method statements, risk assessments, equipment requirement list and programs for the installation, maintenance and removal of the traffic management.  Minimum of 1 hour per item.

To attend site to supervise the installation, maintenance and removal of the traffic management.  Minimum of 10 hours per supervision.

To attend site to carry out and produce a full safety audit to determine the compliance with Chapter 8 of the Road Traffic Act.  Minimum of 3 hours per item.

To provide a fully qualified Traffic Safety and Control Officer to site. Minimum of 12 hours per day/night shift, complete with a vehicle fully complying to Table A of the Temporary Traffic Management On High Speed Roads, A Good Working Practice.

Travel time will be charged as detailed based on Auto-route shortest direct route and will be from and return to the trading address of SCTMS Ltd.

All of the above items are subject to a mileage charge.  Exact mileage will be determined via Auto-route shortest direct route and will be from and return to the trading address of SCTMS Ltd. 
Additional mileage incurred whilst performing duties on site will be recharged as stated.

Reasonable expenses will be recharged to the client for overnight accommodation, should this be deemed necessary by mutual agreement.
